Bootcamp
Our circuit style bootcamp classes are a 1 hour long workout designed to challenge your muscles while elevating your heart rate. This is a fun and fast paced setting where we will move from one exercise to the next with precisely timed work and resting periods. Every day we target a different specified muscle group along with an ab station and tread station.
MONDAY: Glutes, Core, Cardio
TUESDAY: Chest, Triceps, Shoulders
WEDNESDAY: Legs & Glutes
THURSDAY: Back, Biceps, Shoulders
FRIDAY: Full Body
SATURDAY: Legs & Glutes/Full Body
SUNDAY: Full Body
Spin
Bee ready. Our indoor spin classes are 45 minutes of pure challenge and pure fun. We ride to the beat of the music incorporating routines that focus on climbs and tension as well as ones that focus on speed. Your coach will guide you through an experience, allowing you to come out the other end feeling spicy.
Our bikes are compatible with regular sneakers and with SPD cleats.
Yoga
We offer both sculpt and vinyasa classes. Our sculpt classes are fast paced intended to raise your heart rate and make you sweat. We incorporate yoga poses with light weights and small intentional pulsing movements. Our vinyasa classes are an excellent way to stretch and strengthen your body and get your mind in your zen zone.
